NOTE:
DARSHAN WITHOUT SUDARSANAM/BIO-METRIC TOKENS :
Pilgrims without Sudarsan/Bio-metric token may go to Vaikuntam Queue Cornplex-11 for darshan. Their possible darshan time is displayed at the entrance itself.

WHY SUDARSANAM / BIOMETRIC TOKENS SYSTEM:

Earlier Pilgrims were finding it difficuit to wait in the long queue lines for hours and days (ogether along with children and old people. In order to minimize waiting time of the devotees in the queue compartments and reduce their hardship, SUdarsan / Bio-metric token was introduced by the TTD. The pilgrims can now enter Vaikuntam Queue Complex-1 at the given date and time and complete Srivari darsh,)n within two hours after ente~ng the queue line.

WHAT IS SUDARSANAM:

'Sudarsanam', a bar coded wrist band token, is tied to the right hand wrist of a pilgrim, providing reporting time and date of Srivari darshan to the pilgrims, Now wrist band token is replaced with biometric token, where thumb impression of the pilgrini along withdigital photo is taker) and a token is given with reporting date and time of Srivari darshan. Pilgrim's thumb iMpression will be verified at
Vaikuntam Q Complex,Tirumala Temple.
BIOMETRIC / SUDARSANAPA TOKEN :
Presently, biometric tokens are issued for paid darshan 'in all counters located at Tirumala and Tirupati. For free darshan, both biometric tokens and Sudarsanam tokens are issued. Slowly wrist band system will be replaced by biometric system. Whenever power failure or system failure occurs, Sudarsan tokens are issued instead of bio-metric tokens. Free Sudarsanam tokens are available at Tirupati
