Steps that will ensure calm energy throughout the day at work

·     Take pauses & breaks
·     Change your view and relax your eyes
·     Deepen & relax your breathing
·     Rebalance your posture and loosen up
·     Sip plenty of water at regularly intervals
·     Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy
·     Don't waste your precious energy on gossip. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
·     Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. Don't hate others.
·     Smile and laugh more. Try to make at least three people smile each day
·     Call your family often.
·     Your job won't take care of you when you are sick, Your friends will. Stay in touch.  Don't over do. Keep your limits
